Our Exchange Policy
• Purpose: The purpose of this exchange policy is to provide customers with a clear understanding of the process for exchanging products purchased from the Mahonie store and to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases.
• Eligible Products: All candles sold at the Mahonie store are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of custom or special orders, clearance items, or sale items.
• Refund Policy : There would be no refund for the products once sold, only exchange of items is permitted.
• Exchange Requirements: To be eligible for a exchange, candles must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Any damage to the product or its packaging will render it ineligible for exchange.
• Exchange Process: To initiate a exchange, customers should email the store at info@mahonie.co within 7 days of purchase with their order number and the reason for exchange. A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Damaged or Defective Products: If a customer receives a damaged or defective candle, they should contact the store immediately to arrange for a replacement. The store will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product.
